Right Time for Doing Sports

  Doing sports should choose the right time. Experts by research proves that the cleanest air in a year is only in the summer and fall, the first two months in winter and spring is facing the most serious air pollution, air pollution is light in noon and afternoon in a day but serious in morning and evening. and the the peak time for pollution is from 7 in the evening to 7 in the mext morning. so doing sports in the morning is not good. in the first two months in winter and spring we should avoid the peak time of air pollution at six or seven o'clock in the morning. In the summer, we can do sports at five or six o 'clock.usually we can do sports at 10 o 'clock in the morning and three or four o 'clock in the afternoon when the air is clean and more favorable for the health.
In the foggy morning you'd better not do sports outdoor. Because of the air pollution, there are many harmful materials in the fog. When people do strenuous sports in foggy day as long-distance running, some sensitive parts of the body may contact with these harmful material and over-inhalhation, it could cause illness such as bronchitis, laryngitis and eye infections and hypersensitivity disease. so in a misty morning, we can change the morning sports indoor, you need not have to go outside. it'd better after eight at morning and before four o 'clock in the afternoon in the winter, because of the different people and different physique, you cannot treat as the same but by the constitution, this time is helpful to anyone. you can do sports as long as mastering the outside air fresh. a scientific research shows that, the human body muscle strength and endurance and speed is relatively in the best condition in every 8 to 12 and 14-17, doing sports at this time body response sensitivity and adapt ability is in the strongest condition, the effect for strengthen body will be best. but at 5-7, and 13-14, when the body in a relatively slowdown condition, doing sports will easily cause fatigue and mental problems. From 19 to 22 the body functions comes to a relatively strong stage for people who getting in habit of nightlife, proper exercise can also be good. But we ought to take fruit sugar starch 15 instead of dinner before sports, after exercise we should eat some milchigs or soya-bean milk supply energy to limit of not hungry. It is fittable to sleep after half an hour rest. Yoga movement gently and it can promote sleep, it also have no relation when doing it before sleeping. from 23 to 5 the next day, the body's metabolism level is in the minimum, doing sports at this time will injury your body and we should avoid as far as possible.
