Relationship Between Sports And Diet

Sports have close relationship with diet because you need energy to supply the body after doing sports, different time you need different food. If you like to do sports in morning, according to personal preference you can do sports with empty stomach or have meal as usual, but you need replenish enough water before sports and during sports and after sports. if you feel a little hungry, you can have some drink, as milk, juice, soya-bean milk and so on to supply water, you can also add a piece of cookie or bread with rich fiber. it's good choice for keeping fit.
If you want to do sports in the afternoon, you should have meal three hours befor doing sports and remember to add water. rice or other cereal food contains carbohydrate and it keep you full of energy when doing sports, if you are going to take strength training, you should take foods contains fruitful protein, as seafood or lowfat yogurt which is helpful to the growth of muscular tissue. In the evening, it is easy to feel tired if you do sports in an hour after meal because muscular activity need blood with rich oxygen, but the blood comes to digestive tract now. you'd better do sports 3 hours after dinner. remember to add proper water after sports instead of taking a lot food which influence digest and sleep. you can choose food like grain or fresh fruits or vegetable which can keep you powerful and not cause fat, you should control appetite because metabolic rate is low at night and it's easy to regrate redundant calorie, you can supplement a little raisin or oatmeal or yoghourt and a small piece of low fat bread. never forget breakfast whether doing sports or go hiking, usually breakfast give priority to bread and milk or yoghourt and fruit match some butter or jam, and add a cup of fresh juice, if you enjoy lunch in a little latter time you'd better add some high protein food like ham or egg.
professional dietitian advised that you can take two big cups of water and then some juice or mineral, match low green olives, lettuce and other dried fruit, additive and condiment contains huge quantity of heat, fatty acid in the edible oil can protect skin from insolation harm. so you can choose low calorie olive oil or sunflower oil with fruitful Vitamin E. Fruit should choose low sugar ones firstly, for example, as watermelon, muskmelon, strawberry, pear, apricot and so on, you'd better not eat fruits like grape or cherry because they are with high sugar, vegetable of red or orange always contains fruitful carotene which helpful for skin protection.
